Exo Pest Solutions provides rodent exclusion for homes and businesses in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. Exclusion means sealing identified entry points; the work included depends on your building and requires an individual quote.

Entry-point sealing is a separate part of rodent work

Rodent control addresses current activity. Exclusion addresses openings through which rodents can enter. Tell us whether you are still noticing activity and whether any previous control or repair work has been completed.

Confirm which openings are included

Ask which entry points the quote covers, how access will be arranged and whether other work is required. Trapping, cleanup, damage repairs and follow-up should be confirmed in the scope rather than assumed to be included.

Two-year exclusion warranty

Exo Pest Solutions’ two-year rodent exclusion warranty covers only the entry points it seals. It excludes other work and new damage. It is not a whole-property guarantee against all future rodent activity.
